This website presents Catalyst Crew’s services, creative work and contact options. These terms relate to using the website; a paid engagement is governed by the proposal, scope of work or agreement accepted separately by both parties.
Portfolio and intellectual property
The website contains branding, photographs, films, designs and other material belonging to Catalyst Crew, its clients or other rights holders. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, resell or use that material for your own marketing. Contact us to discuss permissions. Client names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its contact channels to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material. When making an enquiry, provide information you are entitled to share.
Enquiries and discovery calls
Submitting the contact form sends your enquiry to our team’s database. The form displays confirmation after it is saved successfully. A discovery-call link opens a WhatsApp enquiry and does not automatically reserve an appointment. Timing and availability are confirmed directly with the crew. An enquiry alone does not create a service contract.
Projects, payments and cancellations
Deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedules, revisions, usage rights and any cancellation or refund terms are agreed for each project separately. This portfolio website does not provide an online checkout or establish a blanket refund policy for client projects.
Examples and outcomes
Portfolio examples and statistics describe selected work and experience. They are not a promise of the same reach, leads, sales or other outcomes for every project. Results depend on factors including the business, budget, audience, platforms and execution.
Third-party links and availability
External platforms and linked websites operate under their own terms. We do not control their content or availability. We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but content may change and access may be interrupted. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
